From first email to launch day.
Most projects are live in one to three weeks. Here's how each step actually goes, what I need from you, and what you walk away with.
- Day 1 to 201
Free website review
Send me a link to your current site or Facebook page. I'll write back with what's working, what isn't, and the smallest changes that would help most.
You provide- A link to your site or Facebook page
I deliver- A short, written reply
- A suggested package if there's a fit
- Day 3 to 502
Simple plan & fixed quote
We agree on the pages, features, and timeline. You get a written quote you can sit with. No surprise invoices later.
You provide- A quick chat or a few emails
- Your go-ahead to start
I deliver- A short scope written in plain words
- A fixed price and an estimated launch date
- Week 1 to 203
Design & build
I build the real site. You watch it come together on a live preview, not a stack of PDFs.
You provide- Your business info, services, hours, photos, and logo (if you have one)
I deliver- Built to work on phones and laptops
- Working contact form, click-to-call, and Google Map
- Local SEO basics in place
- Week 2 to 304
Revisions
You poke around the preview and tell me what to change. Each package includes a set number of edit rounds so the project doesn't drift forever.
You provide- Honest notes on copy, layout, and photos
I deliver- 1 to 2 rounds of edits, depending on the package
- Launch day05
Launch
I hook up your domain, flip the site live, and show you around so you know what's where.
You provide- Access to your domain (I'll walk you through it)
I deliver- A live site
- A sitemap submitted to Google
- A short walkthrough
Ready when you are.
Project intake gets you a written scope and price before anything is charged. Not ready yet? Send your current site or Facebook page and I'll write back with what I'd actually fix.
